المطران صياح: لا شيء جديداً ولا تطوّرات في الأفق الرئاسي

أكد النائب البطريركي العام المطران بولس صياح أن "لا شيء جديداً ولا تطوّرات في الأفق الرئاسي وأنّ الأمور ما تزال على حالها".
واشار المطران صياح في حديث الى صحيفة "الجمهورية" الخميس إلى أنّ "اللقاءات التي أجراها البطريرك الماروني الكاردينال مار بشارة بطرس الراعي مع المسؤولين الاميركين كانت إيجابية"، وقال:"لكنّنا ننتظر شيئاً ملموساً على الأرض".
من جهة اخرى، شدد على أنّ "الوضع المسيحي لا يستقيم إلّا بانتخاب رئيس جمهورية جديد"، معتبراً أن "لا خوف على مسيحيّي لبنان، لكنّ الوضع صعب وبحاجة الى الانتباه من خطر "داعش"".
ودخل لبنان في الشغور الرئاسي بعد فشل النواب في انتخاب رئيس جديد ورفض الرئيس السابق ميشال سليمان تمديد ولايته والقى خطاب الوداع في 24 أيار.
يُشار الى ان رئيس تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب ميشال عون يصرّ على خوض المعركة الرئاسية بعد ان يتم التوافق على اسمه، وتقاطع قوى 8 آذار الجلسات الانتخابية في ما عدا كتلة "التنمية والتحرير"، في حين تخوض قوى 14 آذار الانتخابات الرئاسية بمرشحها رئيس "القوات اللبنانية" سمير جعجع، وسط دعم رئيس جبهة النضال الوطني النائب وليد جنبلاط لمرشح "اللقاء الديمقراطي" النائب هنري حلو.

I don't love them but I don't hate them. They are still Lebanese. If they would leave the liquor stores alone and not harass women at the beach in their areas I wouldn't mind them. My friend from Dearborn originally from Yaroun, his sister was recently there in the south, she was wearing shorts at the beach. Most of the women had their full hijab but were in the water. Some HA dudes with beards told her to get out because she was making their water dirty. Again, I have plenty of HA friends but I don't really appreciate their desire to make us ALL follow their way. I don't buy their moderate posturing. At the same time it's silly to compare them to Isis.

I never resort to name calling and although I don't disagree with 100pct of their stance I would not vote for Aoun or his family. HA are no angels but if they were the same as Isis the Christian villages of rmeish, ain ible, even Jezzine would all be wiped out. Think about it.
